Celebrate Earth Day with your animal—and the Earth will feel it 🌍🐾

🌎 Happy Earth Day Reader,

This Earth Day, I invite you to slow down and take a break with the animals in your life, whether they’re beside you, down at the barn, or in spirit.

Every time we sit quietly with our animals, something beautiful happens–not just between you and your animal family, but in the energy field of the Earth.

Here’s how meditating with our animal families helps Mother Earth:

🟢 It deepens our connection to nature.
Animals are already in tune with the Earth. When we join them in quiet presence, we begin to feel that connection too.

💚 It opens our hearts.
Spending a few minutes being quietly present with our animal family shows them that we love and care for them.

The love we co-create meditating together ripples outward to wildlife, forests, oceans, and all beings on earth.

🌍 It raises the planet’s vibration.
Peaceful loving energy is powerful. When we co-create stillness with our animals, it ripples out into the world.

Mother Earth feels it.

🌿 It inspires gentle, earth-friendly choices.
When we’re grounded and heart-connected, we live more mindfully.

And that’s good for everyone.

Your connection with your animals is a beautiful and powerful thing.

If you're interested in exploring how to enrich your heart-to-heart bond and discover how that peaceful energy can extend outwards, I invite you to learn more about the Animal Meditation Circle – a space where people and their animals come together to relax, destress and connect with guided visualizations and meditations together.

We're preparing to open the doors to the Animal Meditation Circle soon, and I want to ensure you have the opportunity to join us from the beginning:

Happy Trails,

Hey Reader, Have you ever wondered what your rescued or adopted animal went through before finding their way to you? It's natural to ponder their history. Over my 25+ years communicating with thousands of rescued and adopted animals, a simple truth has emerged: Rescued animals don't want to be defined by their past, but by who they are now. Once they become part of...
